Detroit Pistons On Top

Monday, February 11th, 2008

Recently to NBA.com power rankings Detroit is now on top of the rankings. Detroit has won 8 straight games and has dominated their opponent in the last 2 months. I was browsing a Home contents insurance website when my RSS feeds pop up on my RSS feeds reader and heard of this news. Also on the list is Boston Celtics who’s now playing without Kevin Garnett because of abdominal strain.

Kevin Garnett will missed the All Star game because of abdominal strain and was replaced by Detroit Pistons power forward Rasheed Wallace. Why Rasheed Wallace?  It’s because David Stern is the one that has the right to choose on who will replaced a player when he’s not available to play. Anyway, Rasheed Wallace played very well lately. Let’s give him a chance to play for the NBA All Stars. They also have the 2nd best win-loss record in the East so I think it’s a good decision by the NBA commissioner.

First Half Report

Thursday, February 7th, 2008

I was searching for best online casinos because my father wants to play online casino lately. After searching for online casino I’ve decided to write my first half report of the NBA season 2007-2008. NBA season 2007-2008 shows that every team is a contender to the NBA Title to become the world champions. Although some teams favored the ever reliable team like San Antonio, Dallas Maverics, Phonenix Suns, and Detroit Pistons. But this season lot of teams are fighting for position to the top.

I can’t remember when was the last time that the NBA was this competitive. I really love what other NBA teams showing now especially Utah Jazz, Houston Rockets, New Orleans and Portland Trailblazer. They have won consecutive games recently and they prove to the world that they can also be a contender to the title.

Future Of NBA Teams

Thursday, February 7th, 2008

I was checking my internet connection through a broadband speed test because I’m watching NBA videos regarding the future of the NBA teams this season and my connection isn’t that good. I’m pretty upset that my connection don’t give me what I’ve paid for them. They promised me to give me more than 1mbps internet connection but they fail to do so.

Shaq Traded To Phonenix Suns

Thursday, February 7th, 2008

Yesterday while looking for nursing home website, because my aunt ask me to look for nursing home. And good thing that I’ve found bettercaring.com which provides information if you’re looking for care or nursing homes. Suddenly my RSS readers pop up and on the headline of the news, Shaq was being traded to Phoenix Suns who gave up Shawn Marion and Marcus Banks in exchange for Shaquille Oneal. Shaquille Oneal has been one of the most dominating center in the history of the NBA. He’s now ready to conquer western conference and hopefully another title.

With these trade, Shaq will be tested on how he can carry his teammate to another NBA title. Steve Nash and Amare Stoudemire is very excited with these development because they don’t have a center like Shaq that can intimidate opponents shot in the paint. He will be the focal point of the defense of the Phoenix Suns. I hope Shaq will be healthy again so that he can give us another show time experience.

NBA All Star Game 2008 Lineup

Monday, February 4th, 2008

NBA All Star Game lineup is now ready and set to start on February 16. This year will feature new and old All Star caliber player. They just announced the reserves when I was browsing Dyson spares website. I’m looking forward for this game next 2 weeks. This year All Star game will features First-time all star players like Caron Butler, Chris Paul, Brandon Roy, David West, and Joe Johnson.

West will try to bounce back from their loss last year. Agent Zero won’t be on the lineup and I’m sure he wants to be there but his injury prevented him from joining this luxurious event for him. He wanted  to win the NBA all star MVP ever since. And now he won’t be there to fulfill his dream. Don’t worry Agent Zero your two teammate will be there to back you up, Antwan Jamison and Caron Butler. I want to see Steve Nash to win his first NBA all star. Hopefully before he will retire 3-4 years from now he could win this prestige award because he’s one of the best NBA point guard that ever played the game. Stay tuned for more updates on NBA all star.
